1)Aravali Distributors Private Limited (‘ADPL’):The incorporation of one of the mosttrusted Distribution House in the state of Rajasthan and Gujarat was way back in 1995. With promoters having an experience of more than 25 years and dedicated work force to handle the administrative operations, ADPL has emerged as one of the major revenue earning source for the group. The Company enjoys an added advantage of working in the Plastic Industry for more than 20 years and having exclusive tie ups with almost all the leading Manufacturing Units. With the continuous efforts of the Company to strive towards excellence, it has acquired exclusive Distribution Rights of the following Industrial Houses in the state of Rajasthan:

ADPL with its wide distribution network commands a leading position amongst various distributors of color Master batches for Clariant Chemicals Ltd;

Jai Corp Ltd, Mumbai;

Measure Age Inks Pvt Ltd, Mumbai;

Maksteel Wire & Healds Pvt Ltd, Baroda;

Stitchman, Ahemdabad; and

Resinova Chemie Ltd, Kanpur

2)AravaliMinrocksPrivate Limited (‘AMPL’):AMPL, one of the leading producers ofhigh grade Talc Powder in India was incorporated in the year 2009. The company has enhanced the goodwill of the Group by building a brand image in the minds of its customers. With a production capacity of over 2000 metric tonnes and a warehouse capacity of around 5000 metric tonnes, the company has developed a tremendous clientele by providing superior quality product and competitive prices. In a short span of 5 years, the company has developed a strong customer base comprising of BILT, Trident Ltd, Rainbow Papers Ltd, Shreyansh Paper Ltd, Bhavin Industries, Jai Corp Ltd, Asian Tiles Ltd etc.

3)Chowdhary Metal Mart (‘CMM’):Post its incorporation way back in 1980, CMM hasbecome a pioneer Trading House dealing in Metal Sheets and Wires in the state of Rajasthan. The company with its continuous efforts to procure the highest quality material and supply the same, it has become a leading supplier in all the Major Handicraft Export Houses based out in Rajasthan.

4)Shree Hans Alloys Ltd:With its huge foundry located in Dholka Industrial Area,Ahmedabad, the Company carries on the business of manufacturing Stainless Steel Castings, Pumps and Valves. The Clientele of the Company majorly comprises of Big Industrial Houses including Hindustan Zinc Limited, BHEL, Johnson Pumps etc.
