Gomselmash India Private Limited is a JV company of OJSC "Gomselmash" , Republic of Belarus.Gomselmash India Private Limited was incorporated for in the year 2017 for manufacturing, assembling, sales and after sales services in India, other SAARC and African countries.

Today "Gomselmash" is a modern multi-manufacturer producing under the brand name "PALESSE" all range of Harvesting and farming equipments i.e.-

2. Forage harvesters,
3. Maize harvesters
4. Potato-picking harvesters
5. Cotton picking harvesting machine
6. Pull type harvesters, mowers, Cultivaters, Ridgers and other agricultural machinery.

Agricultural equipment "PALESSE" is a 16 types of farm machinery, 75 basic models and model types, 70 adapters and units for harvesting different agricultural crops. Agricultural producer with any acreage and crops can choose from these machines a set of most effective models for their conditions.

With a full range of modern production technologies "Gomselmash" independently produces the main parts and components for combine harvesters. It’s provide an opportunity to control the quality, to produce at the same time different types of machines, to maintain reasonable prices for the products.

Combine harvesters "PALESSE” are running in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, the Baltics, Argentina, Brazil, China, South Korea and other countries. The company has a wide distribution network, a range of joint ventures and assembly plants.

Silver Category : Authorization for sales and services of Gomselmash machines and equipments for one District. Dealership commission in this category on sale of equipments 4% and on spare parts 12%.

Gold Category : Authorization for sales and services of Gomselmash machines and equipments for 2 Districts. Dealership commission in this category on sale of equipments 4% and on spare parts 12%.  

Platinum Category: Authorization for sales and services of Gomselmash machines and equipments for 3-4 Districts. Dealership commission in this category on sale of equipments 4% and on spare parts 12%.  

Diamond Category : It will be distributer for whole state. It will be authorized for sales and services of Gomselmash harvesters and equipments in the state through dealers or directly. Commission in this category on sale of equipments 4% and on spare parts 12% for direct sales by the distributer, on sale of equipments 1% and on spare parts 3% through dealer.

Note: All the terms above are subject to finalization during issue of dealership. Commissions of dealer will be reviewed by the Gomselmash time to time and revise accordingly, which will be binding on the dealers.
